Early life and education
Baeumler spent his early summers working on the construction of his family’s cottage, where he learned the skill from his father, who was an aircraft engineer. When Baeumler was only 14 years old, he launched his own handyman business and began performing odd jobs for his neighbors. In 1996, he attended the University of Western Ontario and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Business.

Between the years 1995 and 2003, Baeumler worked as the manager of an air cargo company.
After gaining experience in the construction industry as a builder, he went on to establish a construction business, which eventually evolved into Baeumler Quality Construction and Renovations Inc., the company he currently serves as president and CEO of.
In 2011, Baeumler developed Baeumler Approved,[NB 1] a website that helps homeowners in Canada connect with home-service firms. Baeumler Approved was designed to be user-friendly and comprehensive.
In the year 2018, Baeumler was given the role as spokesperson for the peer-to-peer mobile marketplace app HeyBryan[NB 2], which connects homeowners with home-service providers.
In 2017, Bryan and his wife Sarah purchased a defunct abandoned beachfront resort in South Andros, Bahamas. They then restored it into a new sustainable luxury resort, Caerula Mar Club, which opened in December 2019. Bryan and Sarah are the owners and operators of the property.

During this period, the Baeumlers were filming Island of Bryan. After that, Quintyn was enrolled in a neighboring Bahamian school while the other three children attended a nearby boarding school located in the same location. Quintyn was given the opportunity to live a typical high school life at the boarding school. The television personality was given birth on March 26, 1978, to an Aries in Oakville, Canada. She was born to loving and devoted parents, but little information was given about them. Baeumler is not only her parents’ kid, but she has not disclosed anything about her siblings. She is Canadian by nationality and is of white heritage.
She had previously worked as a camp counselor at Camp Totoredaca as a bartender at Spaghetti Factory. She had studied and taught jazz, modern theater, and classical ballet. And in 2006, she opened Balletmane Performing Arts, a school for classical dance.
